Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week, Maximum 40 hours per week 

Shifted from Monday to Saturday

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 year relating working experience 

  • Cooking skill ( Pie Filling )

  • Pastries Making skill

  • Bread making skill

  • Have to follow strict recipes

  • Very good communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day tasks 

  • Innovating of new products 

  • Producing our range of pastries 

  • Producing of range of specialty bread 

  • Ability to lift heavy stuff 

  • Keep the workplace clean and tidy 

  • Checking raw materials and safety regulations 

  • Preparing pastry fillings, pie fillings 

  • Monitoring product appearance to determine and oven temperature to determine baking times 

  • Checking the cleanness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Kneading, maturing, cutting, mixing, shaping dough and pastry goods 

  • Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of baches of bread, rolls and pastry products

  • Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits

  • Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and others equipment
