Have to follow strict recipes

Duties and Responsibilities:

Day-to-day tasks
-
Innovating of new products
-
Producing our range of pastries
-
Producing of range of specialty bread
-
Ability to lift heavy stuff
-
Keep the workplace clean and tidy
-
Checking raw materials and safety regulations
-
Preparing pastry fillings, pie fillings
-
Monitoring product appearance to determine and oven temperature to determine baking times
-
Checking the cleanness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
-
Kneading, maturing, cutting, mixing, shaping dough and pastry goods
-
Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of baches of bread, rolls and pastry products
-
Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
-
Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and others equipment
