Our client, a leading NZ-owned and operated company, is seeking an ambitious and motivated sales professional with an understanding of the Digital and Media Print Industry to lead their Digital Capital Equipment and Digital Media sales.

The Role
As the leader of the Digital Equipment and Consumables division, you'll drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and lead strategic business development.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, delivering high-end machinery and media solutions.

Represent innovative, globally recognized brands known for quality and performance.

Identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Partner with strategic suppliers to further grow the client base.

Prepare professional, accurate quotes and tenders for prospective clients.
About You
We’re seeking a driven, experienced sales leader with a passion for the latest digital print technology and innovation.

Demonstrated success in business development and account management.

Experience selling digital print machinery or substrates is highly desirable.

Strong technical aptitude, ideally gained within the digital print industry.

Well-networked in the NZ print and signage business community (or willingness to immerse yourself in the industry including attending events).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – trusted by clients and team members alike.

Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Strategic, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate.

CRM-savvy, with strong computer literacy and reporting skills.
