We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant - Accounts Payable to join our team in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty.
Your day-to-day tasks include but not limited to:
• Print all incoming creditor invoices citing purchase orders, give to
Purchasing Administration Assistant for Goods Receipting and costing,
then entering costed invoices into Exonet.
• GL Code creditor invoices without purchase orders and enter into
Exonet.
• Month-end creditor statement reconciliations
• Set up Consolidated Creditor pay runs in the bank (monthly)
• Set up Contractor Creditor pay runs in the bank (weekly)
• Customer Refunds, One-off payments and Staff Reimbursements as
required
• A1 Price Claim Rebate collation on excel spreadsheet (monthly)
• Month-end creditor invoice accrual
• Manage stationery / housekeeping supplies / cafeteria supplies
• Monthly archive of documents
• Processing of Factory Work Orders
To qualify for this role, you need to demonstrate:
- At least 2 years relevant experience, or relevant tertiary qualification;
- Team player and work under pressure
- Organised with can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and written English
For the right candidate, we offer a salary from $60,000 to $65,000 per annum, with 40 hours of work per week.
