Job Description: 

We are excited to offer an opportunity for Three Junior IT Support Technicians to join our team. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT systems.

In this role, you will:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer support by efficiently resolving technical issues.

  2. Manage IT systems, hardware, and software to ensure smooth operations.

  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.

  4. Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

  5. Assist customers with the setup, operation, and maintenance of IT products and services.

  6. Repair and service mobile phones, tablets, and other telecommunication equipment.

  7. Document technical issues and solutions to enhance support efficiency.

  8. Stay updated with industry trends and product information.

  9. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job requisites: 

  1. Strong knowledge of IT systems, including smartphones, tablets, PCs, CCTV, and phone systems (iOS, Android).

  2. At least TWO years’ experience in IT systems - repairing and servicing mobile phones and telecommunication equipment.

  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  4. A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

  5. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Other details:

Job Salary : $26.45 – 31.00

Working location: Hasting, Hawke’s Bay

Working hour per week: 40 – 45
