Business Duties:
Overall Store Sales and Business Operations
Develop and monitor store labour budgets.
Invoicing, ordering and daily banking.
Prepare required paperwork in relation to stock and sales
Manage cash variances and wastage.
Ensure 100% compliance in accordance to companies, Food Stuff and council
guidelines.
Retail Duties:
Perform inventory management and stock control including weekly stock take and reports. Analyze reports to improve the business.
Routinely inspect all equipments and fixtures, inside and outside of the store, to ensure good working order or condition. Assist in the co- ordination of repairs and maintenance on an as needs basis.
Identify new products, find suitable suppliers and negotiate prices to obtain maximum profitability.
Create and implement Store Marketing Plans
Create and run promotions with Suppliers
Complete all required courses as directed by Directors
Occupational Health & Safety:
Ensure safety procedures are followed to prevent injury.
Comply with all Health & Safety directions from the Directions.
Participate in Health & Safety training and discussions, work place inspections and audits, and assist in the resolution of health and safety issues as required.
Provide a safe work environment for employees, contractors and customers
Ensure all accidents are reported as per company process
Customer Services:
Promote & encourage a high level of customer service amongst employees
Provide a high standard of customer service in dealing with sales, inquiries and complaints
Handle unresolved and/or escalated customer complaints
Hours:
Minimum Hours per week - 30
Maximum Hours per week - 40

Qualification:
Minimum NZQF Diploma or higher
OR
Experience - 3 years of retail experience in store operations is preferred but not necessary. On job training may be provided.
Pay rate:
Pay rate for this position will start from $29.66 per hour and may go upto $31 depending
on experience.
Hindi, Gujarati, English language may be an advantage.
Other Requirements :
Must pass a character check.
May need to pass a drug and alcohol test.
Must have a full and clean driver’s licence. 
Both roles must require weekend and public holidays availability.
Should be available for opening early morning and closing late nights.
