Are you experienced in contracts administration with experience in the automotive trade and a sharp eye for detail? We’re looking for a Contract & Brokerage Coordinator to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in our vehicle consignment services.

As the pivotal link between our clients, internal teams, and external partners, you’ll oversee the preparation, execution, and monitoring of all consignment contracts—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and commercial alignment.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing vehicle consignment agreements.
  • Coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Management to align service delivery with contract terms.
  • Advising on contractual risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Leading the intake process for consigned vehicles, including appraisals and documentation.
  • Keeping clients informed with regular updates and providing strategic pricing/marketing advice.
  • Supporting inventory tracking, trade-ins, and wholesaling initiatives.
  • Building partnerships, generating leads, and strengthening referral networks.

You’ll Also Be Responsible For:

  • Monitoring contract performance and identifying improvement areas.
  • Reporting on key contract metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Supporting process improvement and compliance development efforts.
  • Attending team meetings and contributing to operational strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience to include contracts administration, the automotive industry, service coordination.
  • Background in vehicle consignment, finance, or asset brokerage is highly advantageous.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial contracts, negotiation, and compliance.
  • High attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM and contract management systems.

This is a full-time Permanent role of 42.5 hrs per week, working on a 7 day roster (Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Saturday between 9.30am and 4.30pm, and Sunday between 10.00am and 2.00pm)
