As the workload increases, we are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Workers to join our team.

Job Title                                    Construction Worker/ BUILDER'S LABOURER

Job Location:                          Auckland

Number of people need:  2

Employment Type:               Full-time, Permanent

Days Required:                     Needs to be available from Monday to Saturday, between 7:30am to 6:30 pm

                                                     May be required to work on weekends or public holidays; 

Hourly Rate:                          Start from $23.5

Hours per Week:                   Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week. Up to 50 hours per week.

 

Key Responsibilities include:   

·       Assisting carpenters, bricklayers, and other tradespeople on construction sites

·       Loading and unloading building materials and distributing them to appropriate locations

·       Operating basic construction equipment and tools under supervision

·       Preparing construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards

·       Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt

·       Assisting in erecting and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures

·       Performing general site maintenance and cleaning duties

·       Complying with all health and safety regulations and company policies

 

Requirements for the applicants:

• Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential
• Ability to undertake physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods
• Knowledge of basic construction tools, materials, and safety practices would be advantageous
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
• A team player attitude with a willingness to assist where needed
• Must comply with company health and safety policies and maintain a clean and safe working environment
