Key Responsibilities
Ø Plan, develop, and implement integrated advertising and marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms to promote vehicles, services, and promotions.
Ø Drive online vehicle sales through digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimisation (SEO), Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram advertising, marketplace listings, and website content management.
Ø Develop and manage the company’s online brand presence, including maintaining the corporate website, updating vehicle listings, and ensuring consistent visual identity across digital channels.
Ø Coordinate and produce marketing content, working with designers and copywriters to develop artwork, videos, copy, and media placements that align with sales objectives.
Ø Conduct market research and analyse digital traffic data (e.g. website analytics, lead conversion rates, user demographics) to assess campaign effectiveness and improve performance.
Ø Advise management on strategies to reach target markets, enhance consumer awareness, and highlight vehicle attributes, finance benefits, and after-sale services.
Ø Forecast and interpret consumer trends using historical sales data, seasonal demand cycles, and competitor analysis to optimise promotional timing and product focus.
Ø Commission and undertake research on customer behaviour and online preferences, to identify gaps in demand or new marketing opportunities.
Ø Support business growth and development including online campaign planning, promotional scheduling, new product launches, and seasonal sales activities.
Ø Advise on the complete marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing strategies, advertising mediums, and distribution channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role if you do not have relevant qualification, ideally within automotive, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM systems).
Creative thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Good attitude with great work effort.
Work time: 40 hours per week
