We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Top One Real Estate Ltd. This role involves planning, developing, and executing advertising and marketing campaigns to support sales objectives. The successful candidate will manage marketing systems, conduct market research, and oversee event organisation, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote property listings and business objectives.

  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including design, copywriting, and media placement.

  • Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Organising events and training sessions for staff and the wider network.

  • Performing administrative tasks such as contract preparation, AML verification, and report generation.

Location: Primary location is Ground Level, 611 Great South Rd, Manukau. Travel to other locations may be required for events or meetings.

Number of Positions: One position is available.

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday.

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with a half-hour lunch break. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate or Salary Range:

  • Hourly Rate: $65,000 to $80,000

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills and Experience:

    • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta Ads.

    • Strong organisational and analytical skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
