We require a fit, honest and healthy person to join our landscaping and gardening team.

The work is very physical and requires a good attitude to complete tasks.

We require a minimum of at least 1 year's experience for this role.

 

 

Duties include:

  • Maintaining customers gardens and one off garden tidies
  • Mowing (with both informal and formal finishes)
  • Trimming hedges (with both informal and formal finishes)
  • Border and flower bed management
  • Leaf/rubbish clearing
  • Turfing
  • Planting
  • Working on landscaping projects
  • Assisting with ground work in relation to tree operations
  • Hard and soft landscaping
  • Fencing
  • Decking
  • Slab laying
  • Wood working
  • Walling
  • Operating a chipper, mower, strimmer, stump grinder, pressure washer, and other machinery
  • Maintaining tools and machinery
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and conscientious manner.

 

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule: 10 hour shift

Licence/Certification: Drivers Licence (Required)

Ability to Commute: Napier, Hawke's Bay (Required)

Ability to Relocate: Napier, Hawke's Bay: Relocate before starting work (Required)
