Payrate: $30 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise a small team conducting horticultural tasks.

Follow site schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs to client specifications.

Ensure the team adheres to health and safety regulations and uses PPE correctly.

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced team members.

Inspect plant health and soil conditions and report issues to management.

Operate landscaping and gardening machinery safely and effectively.

Keep detailed records of tasks performed and materials used.
