3 Waters Technical Lead
This is a key technical role in the organisation. The 3-Waters Technical Lead will provide Technical Support across all Hynds categories for 3-Waters technologies, specialising in all measurements (e.g. level, flow, quality) for the domestic, commercial and industrial markets.
The purpose of the role is to improve Hynds market position and develop new sales revenue paths by identifying business opportunities and maintaining an extensive knowledge of industry projects and products.
Key Responsibilities
•Providing Technical Support across all Hynds categories for 3-Waters technologies
•Creating and maintaining a full suite of resources to ensure the products are well represented. Resources include marketing materials, technical sheets, training resources.
•Working with in-field customers to develop and specify solutions.
•Developing a common suite of “Products Solutions” that are tailored to go around meters (and other technologies
•Proactively develop and roll out a growth strategy for the 3-Water Technologies.
•Ensuring new/existing products have a competitive, comprehensive product offering.
Key Attributes
•Related tertiary degree and/or 3-5 years’ experience in a similar industry related role
•Must have a good base understanding of the category market, and how market sectors operate.
•Must have skills for training and educating our sales network, specifiers, consultants and industry groups.
•Excellent technical knowledge and expertise with the products and the willingness and ability to continue growing these skills
•Flexibility to travel as required in support of the category. Regular travel requiring overnight stays will be required. Full driver’s licence.
