The minimum and maximum rate of pay or salary: $29.66-$32/hr. before tax

The minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 30hrs

The maximum hours of work per week: 60hrs

About the Company:

Queen Bee Nails Care & Beauty Lounge Limited, located in Auckland, specialises in providing high-quality nail and beauty services to our valued customers. We are currently seeking Experienced Nail Technician to join our dynamic team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

o   Cleaning, shaping, and polishing fingernails and toenails.

o   Providing hand and foot massages, scrubs, and treatments.

o   Applying artificial nails, nail extensions, gel nails, or acrylics.

o   Designing and decorating nails with nail art techniques and accessories.

o   Consulting with clients to determine nail preferences and desired outcomes.

o   Advising clients on nail care, including home care tips and product recommendations.

o   Sterilizing and maintaining tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.

o   Ensuring cleanliness of the work area.

o   Building relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

o   Ensuring a pleasant experience for each client.

o   Recommending nail care products to clients.

The minimum qualification and work experience requirements:

·       Relevant NZQF Level 4 qualification OR

·       At least two years of relevant work experience

Other skills required:

·       Proficiency in nail care techniques (manicures, pedicures, gel/acrylic application).

·       Good communication and customer service skills.

·       Attention to detail and creativity in nail art.

·       Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.

·       Ability to work efficiently

·       Flexible to work with a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
