1. Provide outstanding customer service.

2. Maintain stock levels in retail areas including chillier.

3. Checking and unpacking all inwards goods – must be checked off against the order, missing or damaged stock must be notified as soon as is practicable.

4. Carry out packing of customer orders as required – online sales.

5. Ensure stock is rotated so there is no expired stock or old vintages of wine.

6. Work as part of a team ensuring all areas including shelves and stock are clean.

7. Ensure retail, storeroom, office, kitchen and bathroom areas are kept clean and tidy

8. Remove all rubbish, recycling etc as required

9. The duties and conduct of this role must follow the Company’s and Super Liquor Holdings policies and standards
