Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the mobile phone and electronics repair retail store.
Supervise and support sales and technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
Maintain stock levels, order inventory, and manage supplier relationships.
Monitor and analyse sales data, develop promotions, and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
Ensure the store complies with all health and safety, quality, and warranty requirements.
Oversee store layout and merchandising to optimise customer experience.
Resolve complex customer queries and manage complaints effectively.
Perform staff rostering, performance reviews, and on-the-job training.
Handle cash management, daily banking, and reporting tasks.
Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely repair services and quality control.
