We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Adventure Specialist who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our team. This exciting role involves leading outdoor adventure tours, handling client bookings, customizing itineraries, and supporting the development of our Chinese-speaking outdoor market.This is a physically and mentally demanding job, that requires resilience and a passion for the outdoors.

  • Lead outdoor activity tours and support multi-day outdoor expeditions. 
  • Provide safety briefings and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all clients. 
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to international and Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Manage customer enquiries, travel bookings, and itinerary planning.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives for the Mandarin-speaking adventure travel market.
  • Minimum three years of experience guiding outdoor adventure activities (e.g., kayaking, SUP, hiking).
  • Training in outdoor leadership.
  • Valid Lifeguard Certification or Wilderness First Aid Certification. 
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (oral and written).
  • High level of physical fitness for outdoor activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with cross-cultural sensitivity.
