An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for a Graphic Designer/Marketing Executive to join this amazing team. A very competitive salary is on offer for the right person. Reporting to two of their Company Directors, this blended role includes the functions of design, branding and marketing strategy across a number of business functions.  

They are a hands-on company with a steely focus on excellence, not only in the physical outcomes of their properties but the way they present their company to the world.  As such, this essential role will help them continue to drive their reputation as professional and world-class developers into the future. 

This role is full time Monday-Friday, based in Central Auckland. The team is fabulous, they have an excellent culture, and staff retention is high. 

Job responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial projects.
  • The design and production of marketing materials including brochures, signage, social media content, EDMs, and presentations.
  • Being the champion for brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
  • Assisting with the production of early concept development plans.
  • Managing and editing short promotional videos for digital campaigns.
  • Assembling display suites for project launches and completions.
  • Providing administrative support to their directors and managing internal communications.
  • Managing project timelines and liaising with external suppliers.

You will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum 3+ years of commercial experience, ideally within real estate, architecture, or property development industries.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with social media, website management and digital marketing.
  • The agility to support a proactive and fast-paced small team in different areas of the business as required.
  • Experience with SketchUp, Wix, Canva and Mailchimp are all bonuses, but training will be provided if needed.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
