ICT Support Technician
Work Location: Christchurch
Employment type: Full time (minimum 30 hours/per week, Mon to Fri), Permanent role
Our pay: $26-$30/hour
We are a busy mobile phone selling and product repair services business based in Christchurch.
We are now looking for 2 ICT Support Technicians to join our team.
You will need to meet one of below requirement:
- At least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the same field or industry, or
- Have a relevant level 4 qualification
Tasks for this role Includes:
- Repairing, installing or replacing components to fix fault devices;
- Downloading and installing software to fix the devices or improve the efficiency;
- Maintaining and repairing intranet;
- Transferring data from mobile devices such as tablets, smart phones, laptops and etc.;
- Managing work tools and stocks, placing orders when necessary;
- Cell phone, tablets and laptop logic board diagnose and repair, cpu re-work;
- Fixing Iphones Face ID issues;
- Soldering battery cells and battery replacement;
- Keeping a record of repairing orders;
- Reporting job to the operator on daily basis.
Successful candidates will also need to be/have:
- Have "can-do" attitude and team spirit
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Advanced Computer literacy, communication skills and people skills
The perfect candidate should also be enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven, with good problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and result oriented.
