Our client a specialist palliative care provider based on the Hibiscus Coast, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, high-quality care.

As they approach the final stages of implementing a new Rostering to Payroll system, they are seeking an experienced Systems Trainer to support this critical transition.

This is a contract role begininng late May and running through until July

About the Role

The system is currently in its final testing phase, with full parallel runs scheduled before the end of May. We are looking for a skilled contractor to:

  • Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and quick reference guides covering:
    • Setting up and using the rostering tool (for both line managers and rostered staff)
    • Requesting leave and additional (non-rostered) hours
    • Approving leave and extra hours
    • Reviewing leave balances
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (both in-person and virtually) to around 250 staff working across multiple locations and shifts, including night shifts
  • Provide post go-live support from 1 July 2025, acting as the main point of contact for retraining and system issue resolution

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience developing and delivering systems training for users with varying IT skill levels
  • Can create concise, user-friendly documentation
  • Communicates clearly and confidently in group and one-on-one settings
  • Is well-organised, adaptable, and proactive
  • Knowledge of rostering and payroll systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with UKG solutions (highly desirable)
