Job Responsibilities include:
• Performing a range of building maintenance tasks - repairing buildings, doors, windows, timber framing
• Internal and external refurbishment of buildings
• Assisting framing work, plasterboard replacement, minor plaster work
• Minor Interior & exterior paintwork
• Assisting decking and cladding, hard landscaping like fencing
• Carry out site inspections to identify and resolve issues as required
• Attending to after-hours calls and emergencies where required
• Reporting on the progress of jobs
• Assist with electrical and plumbing works
What we’re looking for:
• Previous 3 years of relevant work experience
• Measuring and quoting on small jobs
• Computer savvy with the ability to use trade-based phone app
• Strong Health & Safety focus
• Customer-focused
• basic electrical, HVAC, and plumbing experience.
• Assisting with automation and security installation.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise, and work to deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
• Honest and reliable in attendance - requires early morning starts.
