🧾 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Services Manager to oversee client relationships—primarily Chartered Accountants (CAs) and CPAs—and coordinate global delivery teams based in India and other parts of the world. This role demands a dynamic, bilingual professional with a strong foundation in accounting systems and service delivery management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for accounting and advisory clients (CAs, CPAs, and firms)

• Coordinate workflows and deliverables between clients and offshore teams across India and globally

• Supervise and support a team of accountants and bookkeepers

• Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction

• Use accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB) to monitor client engagements

• Support onboarding, project tracking, and quality control of financial deliverables

• Ensure deadlines, compliance, and reporting standards are met

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in accounting, outsourcing, or professional services

• Strong knowledge of Xero, MYOB, and general accounting principles

• Ability to manage remote/global teams

• Fluent in Hindi and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication, client handling, and conflict-resolution skills

• Experience in working with top Management is highly desirable
