We are seeking applications for the role of Cafe Manager based in Putaruru. 
 
You will be responsible for the following duties.
 
•Managing day-to-day activities.
•Cash flow management and reconciliation, and banking
•Undertaking Promotional activities.
•Staff Management including recruitment, training, coaching and induction plans for staff.
•Allocation of work to staff and supervision of their work.
•Ensure quality food, beverages and coffee presentation and hygiene.
•Maintaining customer satisfaction and handling any complaints or queries also ensuring safety and cleanliness policy followed by all staff.
•Stock management to ensure that stock is ordered in a timely manner,and appropriate quantities.
•Responsible to maintain records of stock levels and financial transaction.
•Liaising with suppliers to ensure inventory is up to date.
•Responsible for planning menus, requisitioning stock,materials,supplies or equipment.
•Ensure that the store is run in compliance with health and safety rules.
 
You will have:
• At least 5 years of previous management, operations, and leadership experience in a café environment
• Experience leading both FOH and Kitchen teams and have a strong understanding of people processes.
• Minimum Level 7 or Bachelor's degree in Management.
• Barista experience and a Manager's licence is a MUST. 


Must have full driving license. 
Must be available to work weekends, public Holidays’s and school holidays.
