We are looking for a Accounts adminstrator with a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a NZQF level 4 qualification.
Your role within this company will include, but not be limited to, management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, management of project profit and loss spreadsheets, all
taxation issues (GST, Payroll, terminal tax, fringe benefit), management of all other accounts from the different services
formatting and submitting quotes and estimates, preparing invoices, and scheduling of staff for specific jobs, managing the company's assets and ensuring that the materials we purchase are priced competitively in order for us to quote our customers competitively. This is a full time permanent position with gaurenteed a minimum of 30 hours of work.
