At Better Home Management Limited, we build, we renovate and we provide tiling services in Auckland Region. We are expanding too. We intend to take on projects in Southern cities like Christchurch and Queenstown. 

 

We are currently searching for an experienced Construction Manager or and individual willing to step up to the role of CM to joint our team. You will supervise our upcomming projects.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Management and supervision of subcontractors, supervisors and field staff 
  2. Lead delivery team and ensures quality deliver of planning scheduling according to projects requirements
  3. Ensure project documents are complete and to document control standards 
  4. Lead by example and continually promote relevant aspects of Zero Harm when engaging with Operational teams.
  5. Contribute to the development of projects strategy, business plan and budget 

Our Offer 

We offer competitive salary package with hourly rate 52-55 new zealand dollars

About You 

1.Trade or tertiary qualified 

2. Excellent comminication skills with the ability to engage with key stakeholders up and downstream
