Ideally you will have experience especially in sound compaction methods. You'll need to have great work ethic and be ok working in fine and adverse weather conditions. Build your strength and tan working outside! We would expect you to know the basics when it comes to using hand tools and equipment to prepare smooth prep work for concrete and asphalt. Those with WTR will get preference and potential opportunity to operate machinery. If you have site safe, that's a bonus, however we can help you obtain this if you need.
