Recruit Plus Limited is the pioneering professional recruitment company. Due to our business expansion, we are looking for Human Resource Consultants to join our friendly team in Auckland.

 

What you will do but not limited to the following:

 

  • Arranges advertising of job vacancies, interviewing and testing of applicants, and selection of staff
  • Maintains personnel records and associated human resources information systems
  • Arranges the induction of staff, and provides information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities
  • Develops, plans and formulates enterprise agreements or collective contracts such as productivity-based wage adjustment procedures, workplace relations policies and programs, and procedures for their implementation
  • Manages diversity programs, projects, training and communication logistics
  • Provides staffing and personnel administration services in support of an organization’s human resources policies and programs

 

Suitable candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Either have at least four years of relevant experience or a bachelor degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across the business
  • Confidence in handling sensitive issues and escalating when needed
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong and polished verbal and written communication skills

 

What we can offer:

 

  • Full time employment: in Auckland
  • Hourly rate: $35/hour gross - $40/hour gross
  • Hours of week per week: a minimum of 35 hours, no more than 45 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Over time maybe expected
