As Store Manager, you will take charge of the entire store; ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience they deserve. We are in the heart of the Tauranga community and provide an essential service to the locals.

Job Description

  • Determine product mix, inventory levels and service standards
  • Establish and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set prices
  • Promote the products and services
  • Sell products and services to customers and advise them on product use
  • Maintain inventory levels and financial transaction records
  • Manage the budget
  • Select, train and supervise personnel
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Applicants for this role should have:

  • Diploma or above qualification in business-related field or management-related work experience (3 years at least) is required
  • A confident people leader with experience managing a small team
  • A great communicator and able to get your message across all levels
  • Holder of high standards, attention to detail, integrity and ability to think outside of the square
  • Problem solver and able to take action to enable solutions
  • A can do and professional attitude
