Business Development Manager

Overview:

• $100,000 - $140,000 + great commission 
• Auckland location
• Permanent, 40 hours per week

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience in recruitment sales, ideally within blue-collar (Warehousing, Trades, Civil or Construction)
• Has a strong understanding of the sales process, confidence in doing new BD 
• Has previous network and dealings within our industry 
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that allow you to build long-lasting connections 
• Can demonstrate a proven billing desk
• Has strong organizational skills, manage your own time efficiently 
• Has a positive attitude - glass half full people!

About Your Role:

• You'll be responsible for building and nurturing a portfolio of clients
• Driving new business development by acquiring new clients through a standardised sales process 
• Maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Unlocking value from your existing clients
• Overseeing the complete recruitment process alongside the candidate resourcers 
• Maintaining high levels of health & safety talks and compliance - we are proud to honor our SiteWise Gold Certificate
