Senior Signage Project Manager

About the role

This is a senior role that demands both technical expertise in signage and exceptional project leadership. You’ll manage complex, multi-site projects from brief to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are exceeded. You’ll work closely with internal departments and external clients, becoming the key link that keeps everything moving.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage signage projects from concept to installation across NZ

• Control project scope, budget, timelines, and resources

• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Deliver accurate forecasts, schedules, and reports using advanced Excel skills

• Identify and solve project risks before they impact deadlines

• Ensure the highest standards of quality and customer service

 What we’re looking for:

• Proven project management experience in the signage industry (essential)

• Strong technical knowledge of signage manufacturing and installation processes

• Advanced computer skills, especially Excel for reporting and forecasting

• Clear and confident communicator with stakeholder management expertise

• Driven, organised, and passionate about delivering results

Please note:

• Must be currently in NZ (with a valid work visa if applicable)

• Clean full NZ Drivers License is essential

• Able to work from North Shore HQ where you can manage internal stakeholders most effectively (and of course visit your clients regularly). Approx. 80% office based (this is a project manager not site manager role)
