Store Manager (Porirua)

We currently have a full time vacancy for a Store Manager in our Porirua store.

This position is a key role in the store managing a team of 5 - 6 staff ensuring all sales and sign up targets are met, managing stock and cash and administration tasks such staff rosters, weekly branch, product and banking reports. An exposure to HR will be an advantage as you will be involved in recruitment for your store, ongoing training of your staff, performance reviews and conducting 90 day trial period meetings. This will also include assigning duties to the team and ensuring smooth running of the store.
