We are currently seeking 1 brand content creator to join the team in Wellington.

Ideal candidates should have:

at least 3 years relevant experience or a bachelor qualification in marketing, creative production or design.

Strong personality or communication skills.

Be reliable & punctual & self-motivated.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

Long-term and full commitments are required.

Be able to pass a police check.

Responsibilities for the position:

Develop, design, and produce high-quality photos, videos, GIFs, and graphics tailored for different social media platforms.

Edit and refine short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to align with trending formats and engagement strategies.

Write compelling copy and captions that reflect our brand voice and drive Sales.

Work closely with the social media team to develop engaging visuals, videos, and graphics that align with content strategies.

Assist in designing and optimising assets for Redbook, Wechat, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, ensuring brand consistency.

Provide creative support for social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content integration.

Work with the marketing team to create compelling digital campaigns that promote new product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.

Support influencer and brand collaborations, ensuring seamless integration of user-generated content

Analyse content performance using social media and website analytics tools.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

Keep up with beauty industry trends and emerging digital strategies to maintain an innovative approach.
