On-site Customer Services & Administration Coordinator – New Self-Storage Facility in Three Kings.

The Role

As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience while managing important administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers and handle phone/email inquiries, ensuring they receive exceptional service.

  • Storage Solutions: Provide accurate information and recommend suitable storage options.

  • Sales & Upselling: Promote additional services such as packaging supplies, locks, and insurance.

  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Process new rental agreements and manage renewals.

    • Handle payments and billing inquiries.

    • Maintain accurate customer records and contracts.

    • Prepare reports on rental statistics and customer feedback.

  • Facility Oversight: Report any maintenance issues to the relevant manager to keep the site in top condition.

Hours & Flexibility

  • Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Total: 34.5 hours per week)

  • Extra hours available at this and other nearby locations for those seeking full-time work.

  • Flexibility on days off: Prefer Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday off instead of Monday? That can be arranged!

About You

We’re looking for a friendly and professional individual with a passion for customer service. To thrive in this role, you should have:

·         Customer service experience (Retail background is great!)

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Excellent data entry and administrative skills

·         A quick learning ability and proactive mindset

·         Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
