The role of Sales Manager is a brand new position that we would like to introduce in our food supplies supermarket. We are looking for a motivated and professional individual with proven sales experience to join out team.

An outline of duties involved:

Customer service through face to face shop sales, phone, and email orders ;

Internal support for potential or incoming sales ;

Supporting the director/shareholders of the business with creating quotes for customers ;

Working with suppliers to source pricing and availability for customers ;

Leading the design and execution of sales strategies and establishing sales objectives to optimize an organization's revenue and customer retention;

Overseeing the creation and deployment of plans to expand the reach of an organization's products and services to broader clients;

Guiding the development and implementation of initiatives to generate increased consumption of an organisation's goods and services through the creation and strengthening brand identityor consumer loyalty;

Managing the formulation and execution of strategies to enhance and sustain an organization's reputation among customers, investors and the general public.

The successful applicant will be :

A team player with a can-do attitude 

Calm under pressure with attention to detail 

Have excellent time management and organisational skills 

Able to think outside the box and use their initiative 

Computer literate 

Remuneration will be offered based on the successful applicants experience and skill set 

This is a full-time permanent position, Hours are 9:00Am- 5:00 Pm Monday to Friday
