We are looking for a Yard/Customer Service/Driver person who can provide exceptional customer service for our Pukekohe Branch. This role requires an all-rounder who will help out with all aspects of the business including loading/unloading customer & client vehicles from branch, using the forklift and customer deliveries.
Responsibilities include: · Load and unload all trucks in accordance with the company Health & Safety requirements · Ensure all customer orders are delivered to site safely on time as per customer expectations · Assists in loading customer vehicles either by hand or with the aid of a forklift. · Provide sales support for all branch customers. · Stock and Inventory control · Assisting with general yard work and inventory control when required · Keep the forklift/truck in good working condition through maintenance and cleaning to maintain appearance standards. What you will bring: · Full Class 2 Licence & Forklift/F endorsement essential. · Customer Service skills and experience · M3 System experience (or similar application) · Flexible, reliable and customer focused. · Operates efficiently, effectively with passion and determination. · Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and deliver to expectations · Practical understanding and experience of health and safety standards · Ensure customers’ orders are correct, and branch performance standards are met. · Excellent customer service skills to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers’ needs are met Who we are: Founded in 1973, Hynds is New Zealand's premier product supplier for the management of water and water-based waste in the civil and rural infrastructure markets.
