A new established construction service company in Auckland is seeking full-time experienced Carpenters to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, skilled, and able to work efficiently to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Hourly rate: $30 to $40

Job location: Auckland

Employment type: full-time, permanent role 

Minimum Hours per week: 30 hours per week 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials with precision.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to complete projects on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as a carpenter in a construction or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of carpentry tools and techniques.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant carpentry qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
  • No any criminal convictions and be able to pass a drug test

Salary and Benefits:

  • Wage range from $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
