This role involves a combination of sales-related activities, quality checks,
and warehouse management responsibilities. You will be involved in the
sales process, ensuring the quality of goods, and managing inventory
within a warehouse setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Generation and Target Achievement: Actively pursue sales
opportunities to meet and exceed assigned sales targets and goals. This includes identifying potential customers, making outbound calls,
conducting site visits (if applicable), and following up on leads.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-
lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their
needs, provide exceptional service, and act as a trusted advisor for their automotive part requirements.

Product Knowledge and Consultation: Develop and maintain a
comprehensive understanding of the company's product catalog,
including features, benefits, applications, and compatibility. Provide
accurate and insightful product recommendations to customers based on their specific vehicle makes, models, and needs.

Order Processing and Fulfillment: Accurately process customer orders,
including verifying part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery
details. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure
timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Quotation and Pricing: Prepare and present accurate and competitive price quotations to customers. Negotiate pricing within established guidelines to secure sales while maximizing profitability.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct effective sales
presentations and product demonstrations (when necessary) to
showcase the value and benefits of the company's offerings.

Market Awareness and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about
industry trends, new products, and competitor activities. Provide
feedback to the sales manager on market conditions and potential
opportunities.

Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and
complaints in a professional and timely manner, working towards
effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines. Prepare regular sales reports as required by the sales manager.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other
departments, such as purchasing, inventory, and customer service, to
ensure seamless customer experiences.

Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in product training
sessions, sales workshops, and other professional development
activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

 

Qualifications:

  • Sales Acumen: At least 3 years’ experience working in
    automotive sales.
  • Quality Control: Ability to perform thorough quality checks.
  • Warehouse Management: Familiarity with warehouse
    operations and inventory control.
  • Inventory Management: Skill in tracking and managing stock
    levels.
  • Strong English communications skills.
  • Technical understanding or coordination related to panel beating or mechanical aspects.
  • Attention to Detail: Necessary for quality checks and inventory accuracy.
  • Organizational Skills: Important for managing warehouse
    inventory and sales-related paperwork.
  • Experience working in the automotive industry particularly with
    the Mercedes Benz brand.
