Plasterer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will   be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions to create smooth surfaces. accuracy and attention to detail is must. You will also be required to repair and maintain existing plasterwork.

Responsibilities:

- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions
- Repair and maintain existing plasterwork
- Work with other tradespeople to ensure efficient and high-quality results
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
-  Meet deadlines and complete tasks to a high standard and advise clients on suitable products for their projects and prepare quotes for work
-  clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
-  mix and apply plaster to surfaces
-  sand surfaces ready for painting

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in plastering
-  Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials and must follow health and safety regulations.

-  Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
-  Physical fitness and stamina
-  Good communication and teamwork skills
-  plastering methods, such as how to prepare a surface and apply plaster
-  how to apply different flashing (to keep water out of building walls) and cladding systems (to provide insulation and weather resistance)
