Auto Painter

Duties may include:

Prepare the surface of vehicles, match and mix colours and apply paint.

Carry out all aspects of preparing vehicles, including buffing, polishing and priming surfaces before spray painting.

Strips, sands, fills, cleans, masks, primes and paints property and equipment requiring paint work as directed.

Car painting

Denib cut and polishing

Performs surface preparation and installs vinyl graphic decals.

Ensures proper use of storage, handling, and disposal of all hazardous materials used or generated during course of duties.

Works in potentially hazardous environment using protective clothing, personal safety equipment, and respirators.

Keep the workshop clean &tidy

Shifting the workshop vehicles in the morning and at night in a safe manner

May be required to make vehicle deliveries to clients

To help develop better processes to maximise profitability

To assist management in quality planning to ensure workshops running at optimal levels

Ensure that all plant and equipment are kept in working order

Ensure to complete the required documentation

Comply with the health and safety provisions at all times

Skills and experience required for the role:

At least two years of relevant work experience

Ability to work at the weekends

Physical fitness

Free from drug and criminal history.May be required to undergo a drug and criminal history background check.

Able to provide positive references

Team player

Motivated and reliable

Takes pride in their work

Attention to details

Minimum 30 hours a week.
