Miraculous Hands Ltd provides professional massage and acupuncture services. With life going back to normal, we now need one Massage Therapist for our Kaikohe shop. This is a full-time position with at least 30 hours of work per week.

The duties for t h Massage Therapist include:

·       massaging the soft tissues of the body, such as muscles, tendons and ligaments, to assist healing

·       utilizing a range of massage techniques to enhance sports performance and prevent injury

·       administering treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation and relieve muscle tension

·       assessing and treating specific soft tissue dysfunction and providing rehabilitation advice

·       employing other Massage techniques , and complementary aids, such as infra- red lamps, wet compresses, ice, essential oils and herbal and mineral therapies, to assist recovery

·       assessing client's physical condition and case history and advising on stretching exercises and relaxation techniques

 

Requirements for this role include:    

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Diploma in massage-related qualification, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.

· Have a good understanding of the body channel system

· Have good interpersonal and communication skills

· Can do attitude and diligent character.
