About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join this thriving team. In this role, you’ll manage all tasks associated with the projects installation while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors and installers of various trades. Your focus will be on delivering successful outcomes for commercial projects, including fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee of Installation of Ventilation systems, Sheet metal duct work & Refrigeration pipework

  • Oversee of Installation of Airconditioning systems, Ducted, Wall Mount & Cassettes

  • Commissioning of Airconditioning & Various HVAC systems

  • Quality Control and close out if issues on site

  • Attend Site meetings and relay information back to Managers.

  • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise on site.

  • Coordination and organization of Materials and installation teams on site to ensure most efficient delivery of required project works.

  • Assessment and allocation of human installation resources including subcontractors to ensure the projects are completed in the most efficient way possible

  • Project completion/ Ensuring Closing out of all aspects of the project within a reasonable timeframe

  • Overseeing that site installer Health & Safety meetings are carried out as required and that H&S policy is being complied with on site in accordance with the company H&S policies 

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Ability to coordinate and lead Fellow installers and subcontractors on site 

  • Ability to follow project plans and identify and solve problems as they arise on site

  • Knowledge of Refrigeration systems and how they are installed to tradesman like standards

  • Ability to site measure and install HVAC Duct work

  • Knowledge and install experience of HVAC related electrical installations
