We are looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team in Southland Region in New Zealand.

Job tasks and Responsibilities:

Cleaning job descriptions depend upon the site to site's specifications. Employee will receive eachsite's specification stated the requirement by the client. Some general descriptions are below:

• Dusting ceilings, countertops, polishing furniture, fixtures, and light fittings.

• Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt.

• Vacuuming Carpets

• Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.

• Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment.

• Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.

• Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol.

• Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around our client properties such as offices

• Recreation and sports centres and Schools etc.

• Cleans floors, rooms, cabins including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, burnishing, spot cleaning, glass cleaning, window cleaning etc.

• Remove rubbish, empty bins, waste bins, replaces liners.

• Sanitize appropriate areas as described in the job details.

• Polishing floors and maintain it as required.

• Any other duties that may be asked from time to time

Candidate Requirements:-

Experience or Qualification:-

Qualification or Work experience is not required for this role as full on the job training will be provided.

Driving Licence Requirement:

As the role requires using work vehicle for travelling to multiple locations across Southland Region according to client requirements, Full NZ Class 1 Drivers Licence OR Equivalent International Drivers License with an ability to legally drive in NZ and obtain Class 1 Licence in New Zealand afterwards is required.

Hours and Position:-

It is full time permanent job with minimum 30 hours + per week.

Hourly Pay Rate: -

$25 to $30 per hour
