We are a busy and growing beauty parlour located in Waiuku, Auckland, and we're on the lookout for three experienced Nail- Lash Technicians cum Hair spa therapists to join our friendly team.

Your responsibilities:

·      Nail services

  • ·      Conduct client consultations to understand nail care preferences.
  • ·      Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail trimming, filing, cuticle care, and callus removal.
  • ·      Apply nail extensions, gel polish, SNS dipping powder, and creative nail art.
  • ·      Deliver hand and foot massages with moisturising treatments.
  • ·      Offer artificial nail enhancements (extensions, overlays).
  • ·      Stay current with nail trends and techniques.

·      Lashes

  • ·      Assess clients' natural lashes and recommend suitable styles, lengths, and curls.
  • ·      Apply individual eyelash extensions using classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume techniques.
  • ·      Perform lash lifts, tints, fills, removals, and touch-ups.
  • ·      Educate clients on proper aftercare for long-lasting results.
  • ·      Ensure client safety and comfort during lash applications.
  • ·      Stay updated with the latest lash industry techniques.

 

·      Hair spa treatment and general duties:

  • ·      Perform hair spa services, including cleansing, scalp massage, and nourishing treatments to improve scalp health and relaxation.
  • ·      Conduct personalised consultations and address client needs.
  • ·      Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace and properly sanitize tools.
  • ·      Deliver top-tier customer service and build lasting client relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • ·       Minimum 2 years of experience in nail and lash services and beauty therapy.
  • ·       Skilled in both classic and volume lash applications.
  • ·       Strong eye for detail with artistic flair in nail design.
  • ·       Able to follow salon procedures and work independently.
  • ·       Excellent communication and people skills.
  • ·       Reliable, professional, and punctual.
  • ·       Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays (we are open 7 days a week).

We offer $25-$30 per hour and 30 to 40 hours a week. Experienced and passionate candidates are welcome to apply with CV detailing work history and experience.
