Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily horticultural operations onsite.

Lead, coordinate, and support orchard teams to ensure productivity and compliance with work plans.

Monitor crop health and report issues such as pests, diseases, or irrigation problems.

Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety practices and relevant horticulture regulations.

Maintain daily work logs, attendance, incident reports, and orchard records.

Liaise with orchard managers and provide updates on progress and workforce performance.

Provide hands-on training and guidance to new and existing horticultural workers.

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.

At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies tailored to horticultural operations and outdoor work environments.

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across orchard and field sites.

Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.

Deliver training and inductions on safe work practices, PPE use, and emergency response procedures.

Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and other relevant industry guidelines.

Maintain records of incidents, inspections, corrective actions, and staff training.

Collaborate with site supervisors and orchard managers to foster a strong safety culture.

Promote continuous improvement in workplace health and safety standards.
