Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of takeaway meals, including seafood, burgers, fried foods, and daily specials.

Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations and food control plans.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and cooking areas.

Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure freshness of ingredients.

Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Coordinate with front-of-house staff to manage customer orders and ensure timely service.

Follow standardised recipes and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.

Clean workstations, cooking equipment, and kitchen tools after each shift.

Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements and store policies.
