Apprentice Builder

The role is responsible for the manufacture and erecting of buildings onsite. 

You are required to follow our company policies and procedures, and to be responsible for the day-to-day interface with fellow employees and customers.

While contributing as an Apprentice Builder to the strategic direction and vision of the company, you will:

• As approriate to your level of training, work onsite or in our factory.
• Perform tasks involving physical labour as specified by site foreman or project manager
• Load and unload building materials
• Operating tools and equipment as needed
• Other tasks including but not limited to: site preparation, manufacture of trusses and precut prenail, standing frames onsite, cladding and roofing buildings.

This is a full-time role with guaranteed 40 hours per week and an hourly rate of $30.

To be qualified for this role, you need to have:

• At least 2-year experience in construction industry with field experience.
• Physically fit for the role.
• Able to start early in the morning and work throughout weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
• Work under pressure and a team player.
