Payrate: $34 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

 

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years or more of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the retail store to ensure effective customer service and sales performance.

  • Supervise and support store staff including recruitment, rostering, and training.

  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain stock records.

  • Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance.

  • Oversee merchandising, visual displays, and promotional activities.

  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to operational policies.

  • Prepare sales and operational reports for business management.

  • Implement systems to improve store productivity and customer satisfaction.

  • Promote a positive store culture with strong customer focus and team collaboration.
