We are looking for a reliable Bookkeeper who can look after the accounts of the Orchard
We are looking for a Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a NZQF level 4 qualification in Commerce, Management or Accounting.
Your role within this company will include, but not be limited to, management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, management of project profit and loss spreadsheets, all taxation issues (GST, Payroll, terminal tax, fringe benefit), management of all other accounts from the different services
formatting and submitting quotes and estimates, preparing invoices, and scheduling of staff for specific jobs. Regular monitoring of our cash flow and lines of credit is a part of the job.
Reconciling accounts against monthly bank accounts and verifying the same. Alert the management of any discrepancies is a requirement for the position.
You are required to maintain all financial records, recording suing manual or computerised methods.
This is a full time permanent position with gaurenteed a minimum of 30 hours of work.
