Payrate: $31.61 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

 

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily horticultural operations at assigned sites.

  • Supervise and coordinate teams engaged in maintenance tasks.

  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

  • Allocate labour and resources based on seasonal demands and work schedules.

  • Monitor crop health and report any pest, disease, or weather-related risks.

  • Train workers in safe and effective horticultural practices.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

  • Communicate with senior management and clients regarding progress and operational needs.

  • Maintain accurate site activity records and provide regular reporting.
