A rare opportunity has arisen at Custom Property Management, a professional and progressive property management company located in Te Atatu Peninsula.

We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Property Manager to join their dynamic team and take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio across the Auckland region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take sole charge of an existing, well-maintained portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with both property owners and tenants
  • Manage maintenance requests through Tapi and liaise with tradespeople
  • Conduct property viewings, and complete Entry/Exit inspections
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with processes
  • Working closely within your team to deliver outstanding customer service

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Prior experience in a property management role
  • Sound understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • A Full NZ Driver’s Licence
  • The right to work in New Zealand
