Position – Truck Driver

We are looking for a full–time permanent truck driver (Class 5) and endorsement of Classes R, T, W, to be part of our team at Extremewood Homes Limited. This position requires working on most Saturdays.

You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 45 hours/week.

Qualification/Work Experience

One year of relevant driving experience of a commercial vehicle is required. (Please note migrants may be asked to present a bachelor's degree, or two years relevant experience, or a relevant diploma at the time of work visa application)

You will be required to have a relevant DRIVING LICENCE (Class 5) that allows you to drive in New Zealand.

You must be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Drug Test if requested.

Your daily tasks will include-

-          Report on time for the shift and move the truck for loading and unloading.

-          Observe health and safety requirements while loading, unloading, driving and delivering.

-          Ensure that the truck is well-maintained a report and faults or repair requirements immediately without delay.

-          Ensure that the consignment is safely loaded and the weight is well-distributed.

-          Ensure no overloading happens at any stage.

-          Ensure the consignment is loaded and well-secured to prevent any damage.

-          Verify consignment documents, check quantify of consignment to be delivered, gather and record delivery dockets/receipts.

-          May need to load and unload freight.

Position – Digger Driver

 We are looking for a full–time permanent digger driver to be part of our team at Extremewood Homes Limited. This position requires starting early morning and working on most Saturdays.

You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours/ week and a maximum of 45 hours/week.

Qualification/Work Experience

Must have license of class 5 and Endorsement of Classes R, T, W. Up to three months of previous similar experience is preferred.

You must be physically fit and be able to report at work regularly and on time.

Must return a clean Police Check and be willing to pass a drug test.

Your daily tasks will include-

·         Excavating earth

·         Clearing and Levelling construction sites

·         Evenly spread and level soil, gravel, and sand across roads, driveways, and trenches for construction and groundwork preparation.

·         Perform bulk earthworks or detailed excavation around utilities or structures.

·         Excavate foundations for residential or commercial builds.

·         Informing the supervisor or owner of any repair or maintenance required in the digger

·         Ability to work in a team or unsupervised at times.

·         Routine tasks of cleaning and maintaining the site for other trades workers

Position – 3 x Laborers

We are looking for THREE full–time permanent laborers to be part of our team. This position requires starting early morning and working on most Saturdays. It requires Heavy lifting for throughout the week.

You will be required to work minimum 30 – maximum 48 hours/week.

Qualification/Work Experience

No qualification required. Up to three months of previous similar experience is required.

You must be physically fit and be able to report at work regularly and on time.

Please note that this work requires lifting. Please do not apply if you are not comfortable in heavy lifting.

If you are successful, then you may be required to undergo and pass a drug test.

Your daily tasks will include-

-          Assisting with prepping the site for work.

-          Assisting builders, tradies, and technicians at work sites.

We are looking for a full–time permanent admin staff member to be part of our team at Xtremewood Homes Limited. This position requires an efficient, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented person who has a willingness to learn and support others. This position requires starting early morning.

You will be required to work a minimum of 30 hours/ week and a maximum of 45 hours/week.

Qualification/Work Experience

No qualification required or previous work experience required. A previous similar experience of 3 months is preferred.

Your daily tasks will include-

·         Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).

·         Maintain office supplies and equipment.

·         Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment records.

·         Provide administrative assistance to the directors.

·         Schedule meetings and book appointments.

·         Organise and maintain files, paperwork etc.

·         Ensure accurate record-keeping and file management.

·         Provide support to customers, or staff as needed.
